Life Capital matching
Funds tenant screening, hospital partnership outreach, and the 48-hour matching service that places IMGs into safe, vetted housing before their first shift.
Every donation makes it easier for International Medical Graduates to land safely and start work on day one. And 10% of every gift goes to a DonorsChoose classroom for children with special needs — in your name.
Vice Capital Corp is a California for-profit corporation. Donations are not tax-deductible at this time. Your DonorsChoose contribution is processed directly through DonorsChoose.org — a verified 501(c)(3) — and is fully tax-deductible.
When you give, we set aside 10% and contribute it to a DonorsChoose project supporting children with special needs. You’ll get the project link, the classroom’s thank-you, and a record of where your gift went.
Our founder started his career as a paraprofessional in special education. The pay was low, the funding was lower, and the people who do that work show up anyway. This pledge is for them. Read the founder’s story →
DonorsChoose.org is a U.S. nonprofit that lets public school teachers post project requests for the supplies, books, and tools their students need. Donors can browse projects, fund the ones that move them, and see exactly how the classroom uses their gift.
It's transparent, direct, and small enough to feel personal. A donation can fund anything from a sensory kit for an autism resource room to adaptive seating for a kindergartener with cerebral palsy.
Special-education programs are chronically under-resourced — and the children who need the most adaptive tools, sensory equipment, and one-on-one materials are the ones whose teachers stretch the thinnest budgets.
We focus our DonorsChoose contributions on classrooms serving:

The 10% portion routed to DonorsChoose is fully tax-deductible — DonorsChoose.org is a registered 501(c)(3) and you'll receive a receipt directly from them. The 90% supporting Life Capital is not currently tax-deductible, as Vice Capital Corp is a for-profit California corporation.
After your donation processes, we email you the DonorsChoose project link, the teacher's name, and the classroom's photo. Once the project is fully funded, DonorsChoose sends you the classroom's thank-you note and impact letter directly.
Our team curates a short list of active DonorsChoose projects each month, prioritizing classrooms serving children with autism, sensory disabilities, mobility needs, or inclusive special-education programs. You can also nominate a project — just email us the link.
